Shipping Policy
Livestock shipping at Tidepool Aquatics is always handled with extreme care, and delivery will only occur when we consider it safe for the livestock, regardless of the time of order.
Any DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be made within the hour of delivery, and photographic evidence must be provided to receive any compensation.
We are not liable for any absence or mishandling after shipping and delivery have finished, and we may deny any refund claim if mishandling or improper care is seen.
Shipping costs are variable and determined after the time of purchase, depending on size and preferred method of delivery. The customer is to be contacted after purchase for delivery options.
Dry goods shipping is to occur on the day of purchase or the next operating business day at the store’s earliest convenience.
Tidepool Aquatics has no control over shipping times after the product has entered the delivery system and is not liable for any refund if delays occur.
Refund Policy
Tidepool Aquatics is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. Major problems include:
- Factory issues and delivery damage
- The product does not do what it is said to do
- Missing parts
- beyond repair upon opening
Minor issues are subject to a repair or ordering of specific parts for the repair of your purchase.
Livestock refunds are to occur on a case-by-case basis and a not held to any obligation for a refund or exchange.
